FLAX CRACKERS
- 3/4 cup whole flax seeds
- 1 Tablespoon caraway seeds
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
Grind the seeds in a coffee grinder until very fine. For best results, divide into batches to fit your grinder.
Mix well with the cheese and seasonings. Add water and mix well.
Spoon onto a baking sheet which is covered with a silicone mat, greased parchment paper, or Reynolds Release foil.
Cover with parchment or waxed paper. Even out the mixture until it's about 1/8" thick. Don't let it get too thin around the edges.
Bake until the center is no longer soft, about 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Break into pieces.
